Wind River

NWT, Canada

During the summer of 2007, the BRAT explored the wilds of the Wind River in Canada’s Yukon Territory. This 10 day adventure was a trip of a lifetime

The River

The Wind River is an arctic mountain river renowned for its tremendous hiking and “friendly” whitewater flows. Paralleling the border of the Yukon and Northwest Territories, the Wind is one of those remote northern rivers that offers superb mountain hiking.

The Team

8 BRAT were available for this adventure. Sparky, Warden, Stoner, Parker, Clobber, Falcon, Dudley and Joker.

The Adventure

Easy paddling, good friends, pristine wilderness, a bit of whiskey and lots of laughs. This trip was the best of the best!  You are invited to watch the videos and see for yourselves.

Good Times

Possibly the best northern adventure the BRAT has ever done. The river was wonderful, the scenery was spectacular and the weather cooperated.
